Located on the Zambezi River the views could not be more spectacular. We were delighted with the lodge and its beautiful accommodations as well the delicious food and beautiful presentation. It overlooked the mighty Zambezi, all the doors all around opened up. food was great too and we tried the Zambian (not sure how Zambian it is though) tasting menu which was extensive. We really enjoyed the spacious accommodations, the absolutely incredible food (both traditional Zambian cuisine and foods like that which wed find on menus back home in America), and the activities available at the lodge. During our canoe trip on the Zambezi, we were really blown away when we arrived on the island to see the table of offerings of lunch and drinks.
